“My friend and I visited this store this evening and were very pleased with the service that we received. We were pleasantly surprised by how helpful, knowledgeable, kind, and personable the staff was. There are tons of these sort of privately owned and family run cell phone/convenient food-marts here in the inner-city (or should I say 'hood' lol) of Cleveland and most of them seem to run their stores in "scummy" sort of way and a lot of employees are usually rude, too. Not here though!! The two gentlemen who helped us (pretty sure they were the owners) were great. Really my only complaints are that the store was a little crammed/cluttered and (in my opinion) a taddddd-bit overpriced. But all-in-all, we were happy with the service we received. We will certainly come back here for any future cell-phone needs! 😊”

“These folks are amazing. My laptop crashed 930am while at work. I ended up leaving work early and based off local repair shops and their ratings I took chance with them. I brought it in around 1230 and they had it finished at 4pm. It needed a new hard drive. When I picked it up they let me take my time and install programs on it and double check all the files I needed were successfully recovered. Excellent work ethic, speed, customer service, and warm atmosphere that helped me feel welcome and not just another customer. This morning I was freaking out yet by the evening I could rest easy because my laptop was repaired and faster than before thanks to Gearbox!! I highly highly recommend!”

It did not take much effort for him to sneak out. He lasted a short 3 weeks because he needed preschool that had a bit more security. We wouldve loved to keep hom there but it was just a risk to his safety.”

I reluctantly went on your site and that is when the MAGIC began. Not only did you have the item in stock, but the ease of placing the order and then the pickup options was truly amazing.
