They do age specific development that grows the young man or woman mentally and physically. The training matures along with the young athletes. The back of the house weight room and training facility are perfect for all this type of training. While there we have seen them do so many great group classes in the front of the house exercise studio. Every person treated with respect and grace. “The employees of this store were amazing 10/10, their registers went down and they could only take credit card, but they were able to still assist me in finding two great pairs of sunglasses! We walked in and Hannah I believe is her name came up to us and greeted us and walked us through the sunglasses, different types, and deals that were going on! She made the process of buying sunglasses very easy and 10/10 recommend her and the other employee she was working with! Now with these great employees, they need the proper technology to operate the store efficiently! They did their best to sell as much product as they could, however many people couldn’t pay in credit card or cash only so a lot of business was lost! But never less even with the faulty equipment at this store those two employees kept that business a float. We were in the store for about two hours and they helped every second! Both deserve a raise asap!! And fix their registers so they can properly run the store. Thanks. P.S. I would have gave 4 starts for the register situation, but those employees on Saturday deserve 5/5 stars, and if I could I would give them many more!”

“Where do I even begin? I’m gonna try and make this as short as possible. Approximately 4 years ago, I wanted a lifestyle change. I was willing to do whatever it took to get the transformation started. I had just purchased a fitness membership to a local recreation center in the area and I couldn’t have been more pumped. I saw a flyer from Prescription Fitness at their front counter so I decided to call the number provided to check it out and see if this was something that I could take advantage of, being that I was ready for the new me. I spoke with the owner of Prescription Fitness Joe Butler about his organization and what benefits I could receive by purchasing personal training sessions. Joe was extremely nice and understood my goals, yet working so much, he took in consideration the time restrictions I had working shift work. I decided to buy a few sessions and then told him I would contact him in the next week or so to set up times at the gym to get these sessions started. Sadly, I started working all kinds of crazy hours and just couldn’t seem to fit anything in. Joe would call me periodically and check in to see how I was doing and if there was some available dates to work with and unfortunately, I told him I would have to get back with him, 4 years later. I called Joe up last week and said “I know you don’t remember me but I bought some sessions from you 4 years ago…”. Joe said “ of course I remember you Scott, I was just waiting on you until your schedule was freed up a little so that we can get started on this transformation. Your sessions are still good and I would love to take this opportunity to help you achieve those goals you set out to accomplish 4 years ago”. I just completed my 1st session with one of Joe’s certified personal trainers and let me tell you, the workout I received along with the knowledge I gained about my own body and how muscles work was absolutely amazing! The trainer went over detailed information with me throughout the workout and specifically took a special interest in answering all my questions regarding healthy eating, stretching before a workout, and so much more. After my first session, I knew this lifestyle change was definitely obtainable and the trainer gave me the confidence that there was no better time than right now to make the decision that would benefit me for the rest of my life. I would definitely recommend Prescription Fitness to anyone who is brand new in the exercise arena or is looking for that coach who knows and understands your goals and will do everything to make those become a reality. I will definitely promote Prescription Fitness to anyone who might be looking for a lifestyle change.”

“The jiujitsu program with David Barnes is great. He is an import from Atlanta and if you are looking for high level world class competition jiujitsu this is the place for you. I was never the biggest fan of no gi mostly because I think feet are gross but David does a really good job of teaching a complete game as opposed to just heel hooks. I mean obviously there are plenty of heel hooks, it's not 1996 anymore, but he integrates them into a larger game and he also taught the most valid heel hook defenses I have seen to date. Call to confirm the schedule because there have been a few changes. I'm super excited to have someone of this level in the area and teaching day classes as well as evenings!!”

“Amazing experience! A friend and I booked the Super Sweet Spa Party, which was even better than imagined. We had a private salt room with Marlene. She was fantastic! We each got chair massages, hand and arm massages, and a foot salt scrub. Just being in the room was relaxing enough - everything else was an added bonus! All of the staff were super kind and helpful. I love all of the local products they sell in their shop, and ended up purchasing some local salt hair spray. I definitely recommend this for private groups, small gatherings, special occasions, or just when you need to relax. I can’t wait to go back and try the sauna!”
