“My two boys have been going to the Shao-lin Center for two and a half years and it's one of the best decisions we've ever made for them. Si-gung Frank is an excellent instructor who is firm yet patient with the kids while having fun with them too. This isn't a sport/fitness martial arts school. Si-gung teaches kung fu for self-defense, stressing it's always the last resort yet giving the kids the tools to handle themselves if they ever find they are in a bad position. I have seen my kid's confidence levels and self-esteem grow as they have progressed in this martial art. There is nothing better than seeing the pride on your kid's face when they successfully pass a sash test or figure out a new skill.”
