“Maria I think her name is was great. I don’t normally come to this Walgreens pharmacy but I was sent here because the other one closed due to “inventory” I explained to her I needed a refill for an asthma medication for an asthma attack she went to process it then boom power flickered all systems crashed. I was being completely understanding as these things are unavoidable. She was by her self managing the drive through the counter and the phone ringing off the hook on top of trying to call people in. She was over loaded with rude very rude customers, phone calls & appointments. It was a very high stress situation and she handled it so well. When the systems came back up she tried to process the script again the insurance wouldn’t let it go through because the system already charged them for it so she went to bat with the insurance and pressed the urgency of the matter. She’s literally my new best friend”
