“Both Dr.s Harper and Gilmore are very good dentists. I have been under the care of both and so glad I found them. They are professional, efficient, and kind. They both really care about their patients, and you can tell when you are in either of their dentist chairs that you are going to be receiving excellent care. Also they are very affordable, and they let you know the out of pocket expenses for your procedure before you agree to it. Their office is staffed with kind receptionists, and they don't leave you waiting in the waiting room for very long when you have an appointment. I wish more dentists were as good as they are!”

“I shop here twice a week. The only thing I do not like is, they make you leave your bookbag on a shelf by the exit to prevent theft. I get paranoid the whole time I'm doing my shopping. Anyone can grab it and run, and the "security" guard is never watching the bags. Next time I will ask to leave it behind the counter or just keep it on me. Remember... It's a policy, not a law.”

“I had called in for Assistance request, verifying my new medical card and my nations MasterCard. I was having difficulty online verifying everything so I called in and the young lady on the advantage Medicare coverage line was so very helpful. I’m sorry that I don’t remember her name but she got me all set up with verification of my new insurance card as well as my Nation Mastercard card. She was so friendly and helpful making my day a lot easier than it could’ve been. Again, I am sorry that I don’t remember her name. But I’m sure if the Survey department go into my records it can be found, and I wished her to receive any kind of credit for her assistance. “Had all four wisdom teeth removed in September 2022. I waited this long this long to write a review because I couldn't believe how...easy it ended up being. I was absolutely terrified based on a relative's horrible experience from 10 years prior lol (note: her experience was not with this company). I elected for general anesthesia, which was only partially covered by insurance, but it was absolutely worth it. The surgeons and nurses were extremely kind and professional. Recovery was a breeze considering the horrible state my wisdom teeth were in.”

“Dr. Andresen is awesome, me and my wife really love him. On the other hand, whoever does his billing here is absolutely awful. Despite having insurance from my wife being an RN at the clinic, we have been charged $150 on 2 separate occasions over the last year for routine visits and the billing lady never picks up each time we call to dispute the charges, and never returns our calls each time we leave a message. So, if you choose to go here, hope you don't charged unfairly because there's no way you'll be able to get out of it.”

I had to call back 4 times after I was called about my appointment made 6 months earlier being cancelled. Once I got to the staff at the actual office it was fine. Get rid of that stupid answering service”

The nurse practitioners, front desk staff, nurses, aids, housekeepers, meal staff, and maintenance were all truly kind and respectful to my mom and us.
