“I got a flat tire on the highway. I brought the tire to the Belle Tire on Van Dyke to have it repaired on Black Friday during their annual tire sale. Despite being extremely busy, they said they would take a look as soon as possible. They called me back an hour later to let me know that the sidewall was destroyed. Not only did they take the time to look at the tire, they already confirmed that the last 2 of these tires anywhere was at the Chesterfield store. Their quick action allowed me to get my car to another Belle Tire and get my tires replaced the same day. The excellent customer service of this Belle Tire mirrors what I have come to expect from my local Belle Tire back home and also that of the Chesterfield store. Other automotive service companies could learn a lot from how Belle Tire runs their stores.”
