The coaches and staff are incredible and extremely knowledgeable and helpful- they are experts at what they do and never hesitate to help me modify exercises when needed. (Which is often since I’m still a beginner) They also offer kids classes and my daughter LOVES them. She’s learning proper techniques for moves that I didn’t know until my 30s!
