“I’m a patient at CDC Warrensville. The center is kept reasonably clean and fresh. It was rehabed last year (2018). The techs are very nice and shows empathy for us, with the exception of a few. Management will insure correction to problematic employees with additional training and counseling. When receiving my treatment the technician’s makes sure we are comfortable due to the fact we are here 3 - 4 hours/3 x’s a week.”
