“Last week a snow plow took out my mailbox after some very heavy snow. I called the Solon Service Department to let them know. They were very friendly and cordial and said they would put in a work order to check it out, but I figured that nothing would come of it. I purchased another mailbox over the weekend but could not put it in because the snow had completely packed in the old support and it was frozen solid about 3 ft deep. I got a call from them on Monday to say they were coming to check it out. They came out and and dug my old support out and installed the new mailbox for me. I am really impressed with their service and I want to thank them for going above and beyond the call of duty. Much appreciated!”

I arrived a few minutes early and was in line with other persons in our automobiles, However, I was surprised that no service department employee stopped by my car to advise me how this process would proceed. Other persons in cars behind me did get out of their car looking for someone to advise them. As it turned out, The process was very simple and there were no issues.”

“Hey guys, I was having a hard time especially around the holiday season and I just could not get ahold of anybody so my food stamps were stopped... We made it through and I understand how that goes. I saw that it was open online and drove up there with the kids, but I see that the building is closed, they must just be open to calls... That I have not had much luck with or my food stamp account would not be close currently. I know these ladies work really hard so I'm going to keep trying when I get home until it is time to go to work, every day if I have to. I guess it's a hard time for everyone. I just wanted to post the picture in case anyone thought the building was open, it is not yet!”
