He helped us try the different models out and gave us some nice haha on time without being in our faces, he let us just relax and feel them out. He doesn't have a hard job as the mattress we picked sold itself but he did a great job belong us pick out accessories and going over the fine print and delivery setup. We have gone through 4 mattresses in the past 8 years because we didn't want to spend the money and/or couldn't stand a current one after a year or two of settling. I think we are finally over this bed hunt with how you can customize your sleep experience anytime you want and worst comes to worst, they have a100 night trial. I wish we could have tried it previous mattresses like that and saved ourselves a lot of time and money and found Sleep Number sooner!”

“Ordered around 11:35am on line for a 12:30 curbside pickup I got there around 12:22 and asked if it was too early to pick up the order. They must have been busy I was on hold for a couple minutes the gentleman came out and asked if I was the one that ordered and he said that their computer system was down and they did not get any notification I showed him my copy he said okay give me a couple minutes and I'll bring it out stay right here about 10 minutes later he comes out brings me my order and everything was fine. “After calling around to many bike stores to see who had any bikes our size in stock, we found bikes to replace our bikes (which were stolen on vacation in Atlantic City) at Eddy’s. The customer service at two different stores we visited was superb. The first bike…I literally needed to get a bike that day as my teen relies on hers for transportation to activities. They showed us all models in stock that fit her size, let us test them in the parking lot, gave us time to think it over in private and then we confidently selected a bike for her (she rides her Trek daily). A few days later I stopped at another Eddy’s and they had a bike in stock that fit my needs. Don’t visit AC. But definitely check out Eddy’s if shopping for a good bike and excellent shopping experience.”
