“I purchased a used portable concentrator and it worked fine until it stopped 2 weeks ago. I tried calling several suppliers in my local area and none would work on them. Finally one of them gave me Repair Authority’s number. I called and was very impressed with their knowledge and professionalism. I live in Kentucky, about 5 hours from them, so they gave me mailing instructions. They let me know when they received my concentrator, then sent an email the next day itemizing the repair and cost. They fixed and shipped back to me in one additional day. The turnaround was fast and my concentrator is working great. I would highly recommend this company. They understand how people who require supplement oxygen need their equipment fixed quickly. I give them 10 stars!!!”

“What can I say— this was the first shop I went to, (which I went to all by myself btw) and it was by far THE best experience I had overall. Una is absolutely fantastic and sets the bar very high!! I had no idea what to expect, this was my first time ever trying on gowns. She was so friendly, enthusiastic, and genuine. She listened to what I liked and I showed her photos of styles I was interested in. Within an hour, she had me in NINE different gowns! She knew exactly what to grab and had me in and out of dresses in no time. She even took photos for me on my phone so I could go back later and compare. While I didn’t end up going with my favorite dress at this shop (I went with a different designer) I do plan on going back for accessories. Una clearly lives her job and it shows. I wanted to give her a hug, she made my first time trying on dresses a very fun, memorable experience.”

Despite being extremely busy, they said they would take a look as soon as possible. They called me back an hour later to let me know that the sidewall was destroyed. Not only did they take the time to look at the tire, they already confirmed that the last 2 of these tires anywhere was at the Chesterfield store. Their quick action allowed me to get my car to another Belle Tire and get my tires replaced the same day. The excellent customer service of this Belle Tire mirrors what I have come to expect from my local Belle Tire back home and also that of the Chesterfield store. Other automotive service companies could learn a lot from how Belle Tire runs their stores.”

“These folks are amazing. My laptop crashed 930am while at work. I ended up leaving work early and based off local repair shops and their ratings I took chance with them. I brought it in around 1230 and they had it finished at 4pm. It needed a new hard drive. When I picked it up they let me take my time and install programs on it and double check all the files I needed were successfully recovered. Excellent work ethic, speed, customer service, and warm atmosphere that helped me feel welcome and not just another customer.
