“Story time: back when I was little, my dad would have to travel for work. Now and again, he'd bring back the most delicious French silk pie. I found out when I was older that it came from Bakers Square near Cleveland. It's been over 30 years since I had that pie, and I still could remember how good it was. Fate brought me to Cleveland today, and all I could think about was going and getting a slice of this pie. And let me tell you: it's as amazing as I remember. The food was great, the coffee superb, and the childhood memories were validated. Definitely a must for any lover of pies and good food.”

“Beautiful Arrangement. I have a friend with Alzheimer’s who visited me years ago when I lived in Hawaii. Even though she doesn’t remember me anymore, her eyes always light up when I bring her a selection of Hawaiian flowers from Filer’s Florist. They always manage to put together the most beautiful arrangement including Bird of Paradise, Heliconia and anthurium. Very talented florist with great friendly service as well”

“Fabulous Service! I needed an all-in-one printer and Target was the last place I thought of. I went to 2 Best Buy stores and then went to Office Max. No store had the printer I desired. I reluctantly went on your site and that is when the MAGIC began. Not only did you have the item in stock, but the ease of placing the order and then the pickup options was truly amazing. “A lot of bad reviews seem centered around the height of COVID, where staffing all across the US was in short supply. Knowing that items are delayed and back ordered and everything else, I have simply chosen to always speak to the employees here like they’re humans with feelings and I have found that if my items aren’t arriving in a timely fashion, I am able to be refunded quickly and cancel the order. Or if something catches my eye in store, they’ll happily track down whatever they don’t have in stock to ensure I get my items sent as quickly as possible. I needed a few things by certain dates, so I only asked to see and purchase things they could guarantee would make it to me by the dates I needed them. It’s kind of amazing what being kind and respectful and to retail employees will do for one’s experience with a retail company. I communicated clearly with them, they communicated clearly with me, and we’re all going about our day happy to not have to deal with an unnecessarily stressful interaction. We’ve been getting a lot of furniture & lighting for our new home from this location and online to pick up at this store and so far, so good!”
