I was helped out by a young man who was professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and, best of all, patient! He answered all of my questions thoroughly and politely, and he never made me feel like an inconvenience (which I HAD to have been). He explained all the products and their differences, and at no point did he try to push me beyond my budget. I was so impressed that once I bought the whole aquarium set up I had been looking for, I purchased additional gift certificates for my friends so THEY could have the same great experience shopping for their own tanks (they have fish already). What a great experience! Even if you don't live nearby, it is worth ANY amount of extra driving to come here. Even the young woman who rang out my purchase was friendly and efficient! “I went to the seminar and it was a very nice presentation no high pressure sell. Offered a free no cost exam. I went and had the X-rays of both knees, was shown the X-rays and they looked about the same as the ones I had at my orthopedic dr. I was told by my orthopedic dr I would eventually need a total knee replacement. After conferring with him we decided to go with the 5 knee injections. One every week for 5 weeks. The staff from the front of the house to the assistants , PA’s to the doctor they were fantastic. So happy to have found them. I will post again after my series of shots to let everyone know how they went. Thank you!”
