“I have to say I am extremely impressed by the service of this company from start to finish . I myself am a technician that does some serious diagnosing of high end appliances so the lingo with the tech I was able to understand. I never used then before . Left my vehicle overnight for repair and the next morning a technician called me with a detailed diagnoses pitch on all the work hes going to do prior to find the issue I was having. I agreed to diagnosis charge and received updated on my phone when was done followed by a phone call with my quote. Everything went smoothly. Full inspection and turn key ready for my upcoming birthday renewal emissions test. The price was a bit high for what I felt the labor entailed but that's because I had this apart myself first and being a technician it was a bit easier. However no complaints here. The repair went smoothly and the professionalism of this company amazed me on there structure from start to finish. Highly recommended”

“I had a great experience here with Dion Hicks. He helped me and my partner pick out our new bed. He was the most knowledge person about mattresses and sleep. I was really impressed by how well he explained the different types of mattresses to us and he took his time to show us all the different types. He even gave us a demonstration on the bed we decided to get where he showed us the different positions and put us in the zero gravity mode which I really liked. He was also clear with pricing which was really helpful. I can’t wait to have my new bed!”

“I have a current credit dilemma (like many) yet need transportation to align myself for success in overcoming my present set of problematic circumstances. LCA got me financed for a NICE car (believe me, NICE, I'm picky) when I had been previously rejected by another so-called "buy here pay here / guaranteed approval" lot for an older and less sophisticated vehicle that was literally falling apart! At LCA, income = approval really meant just that. Both Al and Randy of LCA were compassionate and accommodating of my needs while remaining 100% respectful in dealing with my shortcomings. Al walked me through every choice I had and both he and Randy went far beyond the call of duty on my behalf. They went to bat for me where others had tried to take advantage of me. I'm very impressed by their level of care and professionalism. In the end, I ended up with a car that I love at a rate and a price that literally put other dealers to shame. Most importantly, is the sense of security. I'd previously experienced lots that prey on those of us with "less than desirable" credit and exploit our weak points to strengthen their revenue. LCA is the total opposite of these places. They rescued me! If you're like I was in trying to figure out which place to go, don't be impressed by those "Sammy Slick-Talker" dealers. Save yourself the stress of being overcharged, lied to and toyed with and go with people who take your business and your concerns seriously. I know for sure that LCA is one place where that's accomplished.”
