“Beautiful gowns and great prices. I found my wedding dress here and the consultant, Kat, was very friendly and worked within my price range and style. The owner, Liliana, was so positive and helpful. She did a wonderful job altering my dress. The dress turned out beautiful. Unfortunately, with COVID-19, my wedding was rescheduled so they asked me to come in and pick up my dress because they didn't have room anymore. They told me I could bring it back and get it steamed right before my wedding. I was under the impression it would be at no charge since they had me come get the dress in advance of my wedding date, but they charged me to steam it. Overall, I had a great experience, minus the extra charge for steaming after I had to come pick up the dress early.”

“While playing my 14 year old guitar that has Sperzel locking tuners, the A string lost tension and could not be tightened. I contacted the company and spoke to Roger. He diagnosed the problem over the phone to be a worn out plastic button. I live close to the company and Roger invited me to bring my guitar in and he would make sure I had the correct button that would match the tuner casing. Not only was Roger correct about the problem, he remove the old buttons and replaced them with new chrome buttons which will never wear out. A great company that stands behind their product, their customer service is awesome.”
