“My daughter was getting married in Chicago. I needed to get 27 family members including seniors (with a walker) and a person in a powered wheelchair from Akron to the hotel in Chicago and to and from the wedding then safely back to Akron. The bus was wonderful with a wheel chair lift, wifi, great sound and video system (we watched three movies each way). It was clean and very comfortable. The driver was a pro, always on time, very helpful during boarding and exiting. Plenty of room below for luggage. It made for a memorable, wonderful family weekend that will be talked about for years to come. Thank you Matt the driver and Barons Bus. I would do this once/year, even without a wedding.”

“I was on their "Across the Land of Eagles and Nomads" trip Sept/18 and it was an amazing tour. I've travelled with a number of small group tours and was very impressed with all aspects of this tour and their company. This includes fast and complete responses to questions by email, the extra prep work for me arriving early, their guide, Maya, was amazing, drivers well chosen, to mention just a few things. That they care about Mongolia and the nomadic peoples is evident hearing Zaya (who is Mongolian and owns the company with her husband) speak. I highly recommend this company for anyone with an interest in Mongolia.”

“We went for the polar express event. It was okay. Kind of expensive for a 2 hour train ride in the dark with about 20 minutes of looking at some Christmas props/lights/volunteers dressed as elves at the "north pole". The only tickets left at the time were the more expensive ones, so we did get a mug along with the bell everyone else gets. The cookie was quite good, but then they give you a pretty small cup of hot chocolate that is only half full, so that was kind of lame. So that's an adult's opinion, but as a kid, I guess they seemed to like it. It probably would've been a bit boring if we only took our one kid, but thankfully we went with a good number of cousins, so they entertained themselves as we traveled through the dark areas. I doubt we'll do it again, but it was okay as a one time deal. And the parking does fill up pretty quick. We got there an hour before departure time and the lot was pretty empty. But about a half hour later it was filling up quickly.”
