He wasn't just trying to sell me the product just to make a sale, he was letting me know I was getting a good mower for a good price. That experience was something you don't get at the larger retailers. I purchased the EGO LI-N electric lawnmower and I'm happy with my purchase. He reminded me to go online to register my mower for the warranty and helped me take the box out to my car.
