“This review is long over due. I interviewed a few water response teams for the work that needed to be done to my basement. After interviewed 6 companies, to me it was hands down Aqua Master. I did not choose the cheapest bid, but I choose who I felt was being up front with me and not sugar coating anything about what may be found after tearing out a part of my basement that had a raised floor and was finished. After doing all that, drying out my basement and santizing it, the owner took all the time needed to answer my questions and concerns which allowed me to determine next steps that i may need to have done. He even took the time out to determine what "possibly" the rain water was coming in from (he was actually correct). So what I said before, that I did not choose the cheapest bid I got. Well as it turns out the final bill was way lower than any of the bids, but for me it was not just about that, (even though that does come into some consideration), but more about how does this company treat me and talk to me and shows genuine care in their work and their customers. This company does!!!”

“Amazing experience! A friend and I booked the Super Sweet Spa Party, which was even better than imagined. We had a private salt room with Marlene. She was fantastic! We each got chair massages, hand and arm massages, and a foot salt scrub. Just being in the room was relaxing enough - everything else was an added bonus! All of the staff were super kind and helpful. I love all of the local products they sell in their shop, and ended up purchasing some local salt hair spray. I definitely recommend this for private groups, small gatherings, special occasions, or just when you need to relax. I can’t wait to go back and try the sauna!”

I’m embarrassed to say I don’t know the woman’s name who did my pedicure, BUT her attention to detail was very appreciated & didn’t go unnoticed. I will absolutely return. Note that there is a 3% charge on credit cards (which I think should be told to the customer when booking an appointment). I also think the salon should carry more neutral nail colors, but that’s my personal opinion. Neither of these things would keep me from returning.”
