“We have my grandma at Southwest Commons, as a RN I really didn’t want her to go to an assisted living. However, I am so glad we found this community. They take excellent care of my grandma. She is so happy there, she loves the activities coordinator as she spends a lot of time with her. She has been so much more social and is absolutely thriving. If we have concerns the community director addresses them immediately. She has even taken care of minor issues on the weekend. The community director gives you her cell phone number and will answer calls our texts night or day. The nurses there are incredibly knowledgeable and my grandma just adores them. She says all the staff are friendly and work hard. I would highly recommend this assisted living to anyone especially if you are on the fence about placing your lives one in an assisted living. “Though not easy to find they had a regular roaster, it seemed odd we were about to leave and one more check of the department and there they were, stacked on top of each other with the Spanish graphics on display at first I thought maybe someone flipped the top one over, checking further all of them were that way, curious I checked other stacks of appliances, none were displayed that way. The price of the unit was much lower then the "hot" seller, but this was the first time I can say that it was made difficult to find on PURPOSE I thought you were a great store my bad you're just another company to be careful when you shop, service last profits first, the only saving grace is my wife was ecstatic to find the roaster. So for that you got 3 extra stars but you didn't deserve it.”
