At LCA, income = approval really meant just that. Both Al and Randy of LCA were compassionate and accommodating of my needs while remaining 100% respectful in dealing with my shortcomings. Al walked me through every choice I had and both he and Randy went far beyond the call of duty on my behalf. They went to bat for me where others had tried to take advantage of me. I'm very impressed by their level of care and professionalism. In the end, I ended up with a car that I love at a rate and a price that literally put other dealers to shame. Most importantly, is the sense of security. I'd previously experienced lots that prey on those of us with "less than desirable" credit and exploit our weak points to strengthen their revenue. LCA is the total opposite of these places. They rescued me! If you're like I was in trying to figure out which place to go, don't be impressed by those "Sammy Slick-Talker" dealers. Save yourself the stress of being overcharged, lied to and toyed with and go with people who take your business and your concerns seriously. I know for sure that LCA is one place where that's accomplished.”

“My room was adequate and my bed was fixed up nice everyday. The nursing staff was pleasant and sweet, very professional looking. The food was of good standards. Every meal looked nice! The food tasted good but needed some more seasoning, but I know everyone on different diets. All the therapy team was really a bunch of nice people. They did what needed to be done to better my health and take care of myself with walking. My doctor was ok and took the time to answer questions. I would recommend this facility for any who needs rehab and they will take good care of you!”
