My carpet was tough because of the stains but they worked hard to bring it back to life and always took time to explain the possibility of deep stains not coming clean. However, the product removed all the stains and also cleaned my high traffic areas well! These guys were upbeat and very confident in their work, I was impressed at their attitudes and work ethic. We all know that frustration but, Steve had the patience of a saint and I could not be more grateful. He was able to track down the events leading up to the missing Fuser Unit so we had closure on what happened and he got a new Fuser Unit to me the very next day so I could get up and running.
