I did not feel rushed or pressured. It was easy and an all around great experience! They even unloaded a matching shelf they were using in their office so I could have a complete set! Delivery was on time and their friendly staff unloaded, assembled and moved furniture into place where I wanted. “I went to this location for the first time on this past ladies night. My friend and I were immediately greeted by Jessica and Antoinette. They were super upbeat and friendly. They started telling us about it being ladies night and asked if we needed any help. As Jessica started explaining some of the newer products they got in, I noticed Antoinette greeting other shoppers just as nice when they came in. Jessica was very attentive to us and answered any questions we had. She made it a very fun experience at this location, more so than other locations I had previously been too. She seemed very interested in making sure we made purchases that we would like, as opposed to feeling like I was being sold what she wanted. Both ladies were amazing at making sure each patron was given the same amount of attention. It truly was an amazing experience and I don’t think I will be going to any other location now. Thank you ladies for an amazing shopping night and will definitely be back!”

“October 2022: Out exploring the beautiful Cleveland Metroparks during a Halloween Weekend with the family. I had not been here in a few years and the upgrades (New pedestrian bridges and modified stairs on the paths) are a great touch to the overall feel of the park. Pros: * Upgrades look great * Beautiful, safe park as many people (different ages and backgrounds) were out and about hiking the trails. * Parking lots had ample amount of parking spots. * The playground with large slides was a hit with the kids * The Eastern Ledge Trail was an amazing hike. Not too easy, but too strenuous--appropriate for hikers of all skill levels. There were 2 sets of steps along this winding trail with a huge payoff at the zenith. Cons: * None. I didn't see or notice anything out of place.”
