“Where to start. Dr. DeFina went above and beyond today, at the expense of running behind with the rest of the patients for the day. I had a prior HORRIFIC experience with another person who calls themselves a dentist (James Glinatsis in Willoughby), causing my crown to fall off due to a poor seat. After 2 bouts of chronic bone infections, 2 faulty crowns and 2 roots canals, I gave up on going to the dentist. Fast forward 5 years, my crown falls off, and the anchor part of the tooth disintegrated. Dr. DeFina took the time to ensure that I am now set up for success for the near future, and hopefully beyond. Thank you.”

“Recently held my Mom's funeral at Babbit Funeral Home, and held my Dad's there in 2017. I actually pre-planned and pre-paid my Mom's. Everyone we worked with was so professional and compassionate. They took care of every detail for us.. They took very good care of my Mom, and she looked beautiful. Her casket and floral arrangement were lovely. The facility is cozy and beautiful with lots of room and a nice little Cafe area with coffee and water. We were able to bring pastries in 2017, but not for my Mom's due to COVID. We brought photos that they scanned so we could have a video playing during the evening. We were also able to bring framed photos and albums. The staff was very supportive throughout and also afterward. Very happy with our choice.”
