Firstly I'd like to thank Michelle rice for promoting this location while my husband was up in Cleveland, without her we would have never found such a excellent skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility. Upon arrival to the facility the transition was very smooth with a very friendly and welcoming staff. The level of care exceeded our expectation by providing great wound care and physical therapy, while also providing peace of mind to me and my family.
The Staff works very hard to make sure all needs are met. they truly care for the over all well being of the patient. I love this place.

Would love to recommend this facility to anyone needing skilled therapy needs! The therapy staff is friendly, engaging, and makes getting back to normal as easy of a process as it can be. Highly recommend!
My Mom recently moved from an assisted living facility to the Country Club Rehab campus due to deteriorating health conditions.
I can't say enough positive things about the level of care Mom received during her time there. Each and every staff member that we met or worked with took the time to get to know Mom and us. They were exceptionally responsive to her needs, very professional, and quite caring. Her room and setting were very, very nice as well.
