A great, clean storage facility. The managers go above and beyond to help you out and make sure you are satisfied! I would highly recommend using public storage-maxtown!

They are the most helpful! Gray was great. Even though I ended up renting at a different location because of my needs he helped me set it all up and made sure I was taking care of.

Very happy with service here. Needed temporary outdoor storage for my RV. The booking process online/with the central office was a tad confusing, but once they reserved my spot, life was good. I reserved a few weeks ahead of time. From that point forward, Kathy called me with more details and better explanations about accessing the storage area, explained the pricing for after the first month, and was very patient with me. Accessing my RV during the available hours was fine. My gate code always worked, and I felt my RV was in a safe place. I would use this place again.

We have loved our experience with Public Storage on Maxtown Rd. From the moment we rented the staff is so friendly and helpful. Facility is clean and smells good too! The ease of access to our unit is excellent. The facility has a brand new feel to it making us very comfortable storing our things. If your in need and in the area this is one to look at first!!
