The staff are the most caring and supportive of my issues the nurse that took me back to see the doctor was the best.

Everyone is very helpful and polite and caring and smiling and that makes a big difference for senior citizens, Thank You 🫶🏻

As a former security employee at Oak Street health center in Hazel Park, in my line of business I have to be observant and alert of all things And at all times. And one thing that I easily observed at Oak Street, is that the staff is so welcoming and courteous and kind and helpful. From the regular drivers Mel, Walt And Mallison, who transport their patients from their homes to the health center And then back home safely again. While entering the lobby, you're found greeted with a smile by the front desk receptionists at the front check in/counter. Where both Schatia and Tia are so helpful and patient with the patient's. 😁 While after your doctor visit, both Kim and Marlo are eager to check you out and also offer prescriptions in house/office And yes, you guessed it, all done with a smile.😁😁Then you have Both "Q" And Elise from the patient's relations department, who are always happy to answer all your questions and yes of course done also with a smile. 😁😁 Dr. Cusmano, R.N. Nicole, P.A. Tiffany treat the patient's with such care, as well as the ENTIRE rest of the amazing staff that EACH plays an intricate part as a team. And with a team, there is always a leader And both General manager - LaDawn and assistant manager - Rose have a lot to be responsible towards the "well oiled machine/office" that they run everyday. I obviously can't say enough about each staff member at Oak Street Health center in Hazel Park. With that being said though, if you are a Medicare recipient And searching for a reliable and professional, or courteous doctor's office? Then look no further. But don't just take my word for it though, but find out for yourselves. I know that you won't be disappointed. Dr. Bryan, Dr. Shelby and the rest of the staff at ability chiropractic are simply amazing. My husband has been going there for years and I finally decided to go this past year when I was pregnant and it was life-changing. It definitely helped me in my day-to-day pregnancy and when I gave birth to our son. They continue to help me my husband and even my son who gets adjusted. They have helped us improve our mind and body. We are so happy when it comes time for our appointment because we know that we will feel better after we go.

I’ve been thoroughly impressed with the treatment I have received so far. Everyone I have met is extremely nice and invested in your treatment plan. The office hours are very convenient and I’m so glad I made the decision to come here.

Dr. Brian, Dr. Shelby and their amazing staff at the Powell office have been absolutely stellar. You will always walk into a warm and welcoming environment. We have been going for over a month and have already felt a difference in our mobility. My husband and I decided we wanted to bring our children in to be cared for as well. I am literally writing this review on our way home from my children’s first visit and my 14 year old daughter said “ I am excited to get it done because I will be better in the future, so maybe I won’t feel like you guys do.” That is our hope as parents that we can make are kids lives easier, and I strongly believe that Ability Chiropractic will help with that. I have never met a more genuine group of people that TRULY care for their patients. They are also great with kids (either if they're just waiting for a parent or getting adjusted).
