I would not be able to adequately do justice with words how phenomenal Brandon and his gym are. The level of knowledge and support that Brandon offer are far superior than you'll find anywhere else. He doesn't get caught up in the fad diets that are out there but rather true science/medically based guidance on how to eat and train for permanent fat loss. I love that he's got an actual degree in exercise physiology so he's the real deal. I've come to him time and time again with questions and he never gets tired of answering or helping because he really wants to see his clients succeed. He's also managed to create a unique environment with his gym where you feel comfortable and everyone is doing their own thing and focused on their goals rather than people being obnoxious and slamming down weights to get noticed.. haha, of course if they tried that it wouldn't be tolerated.
