“The entire process was very efficient. Not only did they provide a set date for the job when we made our purchase, we had multiple opportunities to complete the job early (unfortunately clashed with our schedule). Our old closet had the builder grade wire racks and they damaged the drywall. Our installer, Matt, went above and beyond to repair as much as he could. It was not in the job spec, I believe, to do as much as he did! Great focus on overall quality. We chose our own layout from a series of fixture options. Our design rep, Jenna Harbold, put together a design which provided us the storage we need while still leaving our closet with more open space and less clutter. We chose a simple and efficient design to focus on function more than fashion. Closets by Design seems to have options that are budget friendly as well as super luxurious fancy models, if that's what you're into. Great company for custom closets in a new build or remodel. Our project was just the closet which was great for everyone since there were no additional impacts on schedule. It will likely be some time length between your purchase and the installation due to high demand and production challenges, but it is worth it!”

Having moved to Cleveland, I only get the opportunity to stop in about once a month, but I am always pleasantly surprised by how well refreshed their inventory is. They always have new stuff coming in, keep their bins stocked, and pricing is spot on. Finally, I can’t say enough about the diversity of the shop; They have everything from low end raw cards, to high end graded cards.
