I ended up purchasing the last bag of something I needed and while it was being carried out it was noticed that the contents were running out of the bag. It appeared that about 1/3 of the contents was lost, so I went back inside to let Kelli know what had happened and she ended up giving me credit for that bag. The next day I decided that I wanted to exchange one of the items I purchased so I called and talked with Kelli again and she said it would not be a problem to do. I made the exchange and I was able to get my job completed. Having someone like Kelli is a breath of fresh air when it comes to customer service. She was willing to work with me on many things which made my experience enjoyable. “Heard about Crumbl cookies a few months ago. Decided to check their website and see what the hype is all about. Decided to give it a try and rate it myself. Went with a 4 pack of their weekly rotation cookies. I must say, they are fricking amazing. The french toast cookie looked and tasted so, so good. No doubt they are pricey at $15 for 4. But they have a genius marketing campaign with the weekly releases. They have exploded in just 5 years. Not sure how many times I can afford these cookies, but they have me hooked seeing what new ones are available.”
