Big Sandy Superstore

We stopped at the Big Sanday Lancaster, Ohio location. Immediately greeted by warm smiling faces. We were able to find the living room set we wanted. Unbelievably it was in stock and set up for delivery in the same week. Stephanie the sales associate was extremely knowledgeable and made us feel very comfortable. Thank you so much for that. Big Sandy's Lancaster has a customer for life.

My wife and I were very happy with our experience. We had no intention to buy today for a couple reasons but our salesman Shawn at the Lancaster, Ohio location was super! He was very friendly, answered all our questions we had and allowed us to look over the furniture and talk without any pressure. We left the store to look at other places, as Big Sandy was our first stop, only to return 20 minutes later and make a purchase. Thanks again Shawn for helping us pick out our new living room furniture!

James was very nice and thorough. I needed a drop in oven and the choices are limited, which I knew walking in. I’ve always purchased appliances from a small business and I was hesitant about Big Sandy. James put my fears to rest by walking me through the process, and assuring me that installation will be done. I was very happy with the service and I will be back!

Rochelle was very helpful and knowledgeable in her assistance today. So much so, I left and came back with my husband. After looking over several nice choices we ended up making a purchase and are excited it will be delivered this Thursday. This is our first time buying something from Big Sandy’s and it’s been a positive experience thus far.

Had a wonderful experience! Went in looking for a fridge and Mike Sayers got me a great deal on a 4 appliance package. He was very knowledgable about the products and made the shopping experience pleasurable and easy. Even the financing was quick and easy and the customer service department was friendly and easy to work with. I would highly recommend this store!
