They always take the time to listen to- and thoroughly respond to- all of my questions. We have required the on-call helpline both late at night, and over weekend hours, and they respond quickly with grace and valuable insight! Thank you for being there for our family!

(May 6, 2021, 10:59 am)We have been going to pals for almost 6 years now and we love it there. The doctors are great and they really listen to the parents. I live over an hour away and was in a traffic jam and they still took my daughter in even though we were two hours late. ❤️
