MindPath - and the therapist they connected me with - has been an absolute blessing to me. My husband and I have had some major long term medical issues, my mom has dementia, and I have a couple of … um … troublesome family members, and my therapist has helped me handle ALL of this issues so much better.

Great place, staff is really nice. Our service truck had a flat and they were able to get us fixed up with 4 new rear tires and back on the road in a timely manner. Would recommend!

Okay so they are off the beaten path, but I had issues, somebody had over tightened the lug nuts on my car my tire was flat and the vehicle was being towed in by A&J towing. But when I got to Mid-State tire I felt so much more confident that they were going to get my overtightened lug nuts off my tire fixed and me back on the road as I was still 4.5 hours from Detroit on my non-stop trip from North Carolina. So the guys at Mid-State tire had me all fixed up in less than a half an hour and back on the road. Thank you Mid-State tire and thank you Gary from A&J towing you guys saved the day.

Can't recommend these guys highly enough. My daughter had a flat tire and got the spare on. I called ahead and they took her right in and got a replacement on in almost no time for a very reasonable price. Thanks so much.

UPDATE: Someone contacted me from CPMH to fix the problem and reimburse me for their errors. Also, I'm not sure how my review ended up on this particular CPMH (Broad St.) because I didn't intend to review this particular one and have never been here.

BEWARE! The providers here are great. However, their administration is dangerous to your wallet. After I saw a provider I didn’t like, I cancelled all future appointments. They proceeded to charge me no show fees (in the hundreds of dollars) anyway, and tried to charge me over $300 for an appointment that literallly never happened. Have called and called, tried to get to the bottom of it to no avail. They keep sending bills. You’ve been warned.
