Decent Chase Bank branch. The staff was friendly and helpful and the lines moved pretty fast.

Been banking with Chase for a long time and I know that usually people only leave reviews when they're upset and most of the time you read through them and clearly people get upset over things that are their own fault so I thought I'd add my very good experiences over the years.
Every time I go on an international trip I order my currency from this location and they call me promptly as soon as it arrives which is about a day or two depending on if there's a weekend involved. Everyone has always been nice and of course sometimes I have to wait but I know that going in even pre covid without an appointment I would have to wait to see someone so I would make sure I had the day off or had the time that day. Years ago Nelly always helped me and she was so wonderful and sweet. Now its Ari who I went to last time and he did a Wire Transfer for me to buy my new home and he was also so wonderful and made me feel very valued so I plan on continuing to see him for all of my banking and life financial needs. I went back and opened some more accounts for my young niece with him and he showed us some ways to add nicknames to our accounts when were looking at them on the Chase app on our phones. He made everything so easy for us and I greatly appreciate him taking the time give us information about what new products the bank is offering. Love this branch even though it can be busy at times. Highly recommend seeing Ari if you come in.
