I was so indecisive, moving from my home into a rental property. The guys were very patient with me and answered every question and concern that I had. I’m very pleased with their professionalism and going over and beyond to make me feel at home!

First time turning on the furnace as the weather turned cold, and the furnace would not kick on. I put in a service request with the maintenance team late in the evening at Redwood Pickerington, and they had it fixed and warm in the apartment by the time I was home from work the next day. This was a great service experience as they fixed the problem completely and in a very expeditious manner.
