Dr. Chen is very very good in his field and has authored book on the subject of neurological surgery. I was truly blessed to have such a surgeon. His work and beside manner is fantastic, and has a wonderful sense of humor. I have never seen him without a smile on his face. Thank you Dr. Ying Chen.
