First time shopper, Navy vet who visited with wife, daughter and mother-in-law. Right away we were greeted by a salesperson who was courtesy, knowledgeable and sought to guide us in the right direction. John & Rob, who worked from two different departments were very helpful in finding our exact needs and gave us room to maneuver around to look over additional items. Prices were very reasonable and we were able to locate among the large selections just the bedding items we needed. Needless to say, customer service goes a long way in my book and I'll be returning to Big Sandy Superstore for future home needs!

I always enjoy my shopping experience at Big Sandy. I like working with the same couple of sales representatives. Pam is very knowledgeable and cares about her customers. She is not just trying to sell anything. Her patience and willingness to to educate me during the process is a rare find these days. She is an asset to the Big Sandy family!

Good selection of furniture. Good quality and a great rating system as a guide. Prices were reasonable.
The sales people gave us space and time to find what we wanted. But we were never greeted. And we had to find a salesperson to finalize our selection.
However, our salesperson, John, was great. Very knowledgeable, responsive and felt like he was looking out for us.

We walked in found what we wanted salesman was very helpful and asked us what we were looking for and showed us exactly what we were looking for very good price saved us $1000 dollars over anybody else we really appreciate the help,the money saved,& quality merchandise we are very happy with our choice and for sure when we are looking for anything else for our home we will be back to Big Sandy SUPERSTORE!!
