After a life of street gangs, drugs and prison, Victor took my parents to what was then known as Outreach for Youth in Pataskala, Ohio where they were reformed and introduced to the Lord. This wonderful organization truly cares about saving lives, and they don't charge like other so-called outreach programs that cost more than tuition at Rutgers University.
