“My brother and 2 sisters with our spouses had just dined at the Fireside restaurant in Middleboro. Great meal but the restaurant was quite busy and it was noisy and hard to really here each other. I suggested going to Dunkin for coffee and sitting in their Big dining hall. So great we were there talking for over an hour with hearing all about each one's stories from the last year.”

“I am writing this review to contradict another person's review suggesting this office is difficult with regard to getting medical forms. I am not certain if they were requesting forwarding of complete patient history or just completion of medical release/current physical type information. If it's the latter, we just had to do this for our tween's trip to a Boy Scout summer camp. We dropped off the paperwork, were just asked to complete a portion of it (general history) and sign the parent/guardian portion and show my driver's license/ID. I was advised the form should be ready to pick up in 3-5 days and they would call to let us know. For privacy reasons, they can't email it but could also fax it to a number we provided if desired. “I was very pleased with the excellent customer service we received. My granddaughter was seen the day prior and was given a lab slip for fasting labs the next day. Saturday we went fir labs, it was then discovered the name and orders belong to another patient. The service was so great she looked up the correct lab orders and we were seen immediately. “Katie came out and initially sprayed for "pissants" -- those minute ants about the size of a pencil point. She found a hornet's next in the basement and where they were getting it. She took it on herself to solve that very nasty problem. Katie, and Wells, are top-notch. We've used them in the past and will definitely use them in the future when needed. “My alternator died Saturday night north of Phoenix while on road trip. After a tow, no shops open Sunday. This man answered his phone Sunday morning and made his day off available for a challenging job. This was a tricky removal and installation but he did it in less than 2 hours, no hitches. I proceeded on my trip not regretting any time wasted as I would have at an impersonal chain the following day --- the conversation was friendly, knowledge-able, and my Dad and I were made very welcome during the repair. “When I first came in about 2 and a half weeks ago I could barely walk. I had very little strength in both legs, and at the end of the first week I had movement in both legs. I believe it is because of the quality of care at this facility. I had to thank my wife for bringing me here because if it wasn't for her I wouldn't have done it. When I first got here I wasn't sure I would like it, but after spending some time here it has become my second home.
