“The hotel was very neat and clean. The staff was polite and efficient. I stayed here last year for work. The accomodations have improved greatly. The pool was closed because of covid but I took a look. The pool was clean! Last year there was a film on the water and it was kind of murky. There has been a lot of work put into the place. I did read most of the low ratings with this bank & I have not experienced any of the things people said. Like I said the staff is helpful. Also I love how they do their best to remember your name regardless if it’s your first name or last. Also the the call center people are always helpful if I can’t drive to the bank. They have always been able to answer my questions or find someone who will contact me regarding it. I’m truly happy with all my experiences here. The only reason why I gave it a 5 star is because I do wish their was an after hour emergency line to talk to someone directly with A+ because I tend to lose my debit cards often and scared a stranger has it. Other then that, that is all.”

They actually listened and the shoulder/neck issue I’ve been suffering from for over a year is noticeably improved after only three sessions. My PT in Cali never got close to this.
