Buying a car is stressful, however the team at Gordon’s CDJR made it easy. Jim was very informative and easy going. Made popping in and out of cars fun. When we decided on what we liked, inside we met with Corey. He managed all the finance aspects of it and he listened for what would and won’t work for us and he worked wonders! Wow, when I say team I mean TEAM. Everyone worked together so nicely they all communicate and know the ins and outs. We had our family with us and it can be boring for kids, but the crew there was a dream. They all interacted with our family and so polite. My experience there was more than 5 stars. I will forever go to Gordon’s and will tell anyone I know if they are looking head that way !! Thank guys so much for making my experience fun and enjoyable !

the new ownership has really made a big difference. Bridget, goes out of her way to make you feel welcome. One of the managers, Cory, was very friendly and welcoming as well. Spoke with two of the salesmen, Trey and Jim, and they were also very accommodating. I will definitely start bringing my vehicle here for service.

I wanted to give praise where due. I made an appt for my Jeep Renegade last week for today, 6/21. She needed to have oil changed, batteries changed in the fobs and I requested an estimate for a spare tire. I arrived on time and I had no wait. From the time I made the appt to the time I walked out of the door today was AMAZING! They treated me with respect, heard my requests and took the time to talk to me. I had some laughs with the cashier as well. Shout out to Bill for the great care and customer service. Way to go, Gordon CDJR! Keep up the fantastic work.
