Ordered a 22 Badlands Bronco fro the dealership. They were absolutely fabulous. We even completed all the paperwork online when it was delivered. All we needed to do was the walkthrough when we arrived. Josh,Melissa, and Missy are wonderful!!

I am super happy with my Ford Expedition that I purchased with the help of Heath. What a nice man! Actually, anyone that I spoke to at the dealership was super friendly. I recently had a terrible experience with another dealership that left me feeling like I did not even want to attempt to buy a car. I spent a solid two weeks researching what type of vehicles I wanted to look at and also reading reviews for any dealership that I planned on going too. I drove several vehicles and nothing compared to the Expedition that I bought at John Hinderer. The vehicle was in great condition, clean, all of the features that I wanted. Although, this vehicle was slightly out of our price range, my husband a I felt that the lifetime powertrain warranty helped in the decision to spend a little more.

I am happy to say that this whole process was great. I did not feel any pressure to purchase the vehicle and no one tried to talk me into something different. (That was a breath of fresh air) I was also able to call and talk to Heath over the phone and have a lot of my questions answered. He was great at staying in contact with me. They even stayed an hour past closing to make sure that we were able to take our new car home! I appreciate all Daryl’s help, his excellent communication skills, and the fact that he went over the paperwork for our loan line by line, and did not rush us to sign quickly. (even though the dealership was closed at this point) Heath restored my faith in the car buying process. (I don't plan on needing another for a long time, so I am glad that this went so well) I cannot stress enough with how much the customer service blew me away, talk about exceeding expectations. I live an hour from this dealership, but they sure earned my business, and I will be back
