“Christmas Eve and I broke valve stem off in sub zero temperatures. Called in and ask if they could work me in. Guy on phone was so polite and courteous. Offered me a ride back and pick up because they knew I was working. They completed me an hour early and went over what to do to prevent it. I had aluminum caps and they froze to valve stem.
