Eddie (the owner) had a backlog of work so he gave me a date in the future. He called that day prior to showing up. He arrived on time, ready to treat my house if I approved of his estimate. It was very reasonable so I gave him the go-ahead. That save me from having to schedule a follow-up appointment for treatment. I haven't had any problems with carpenter ants or earwigs since. Nor has a creature been stirring, not even a mouse! I highly recommend this company.
