  Through out the whole process of repairing my car, they were very transparent and easy to be reached about anything.

  Conner went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. He kept me updated through text messages or phone calls from start to finish. The work looks amazing! You could never tell my Porsche was in an accident.

  I couldn’t be happier with Rife’s!!! My daughter gets the credit for finding them. She used them 6 mos. prior... so when I happened to get in a fender bender in Columbus (I live in Akron) she highly recommended them.
  They were awesome! Kept me very informed about what was going on with my car... I was never in the dark & they were patient with me in the fact that it took me a minute to get back down to Columbus to pick my car up after it was finished.
  AWESOME COMPANY!

  My insurance company wound up totaling out my car, so I can't honestly speak to the quality of the work. But they were helpful and prompt to communicate both with me and with the insurance company! Would definitely recommend.

  Rife's did an excellent job with my 2014 Ford Explorer after it was involved in an accident with a careless driver. They worked with my insurance company and kept me up to date with the status of repairs. The truck was close to a total but they managed to put it back together and it looks better than when I bought it. The quality of the repairs were first rate and they matched the paint perfectly. You can't tell the vehicle was ever in an accident. I want to thank Garrick and Conner for their professional work and attention to detail. 10/10 will recommend to others.
