  Tribal Strength has been a God send for me. 2020 has been the dumpster fire of all dumpster fires. I was desperate to find my own space when I started strength training with Carrie. From the first meeting with Carrie, she spent an hour with me to make sure we were both are a good fit for each other, Reviews’s my goals for different areas of fitness, aesthetics, and mental health. My time spent with Carrie is so invaluable. Not only is every session unique and different from the last, but her attention to detail is bar none. From making sure you’re doing each exercise properly, to tracking your progress, to following up after each workout to check in; she offers a 360 approach. She truly cares for each of her clients, has immense empathy, and a safe space to enter into each time. If you’re in the market for strength training and want to join our “tribe” look no further. You won’t be disappointed!! Plus she’s super funny and the time you’re with her flies by!

  Carrie is one of the kindest, most caring individuals I have ever met. Training with her is like hiring a personal hype team, a therapist. and a guru all in one. She knows when to push and when to let your body rest. She has helped me believe in my own capabilities and realize my potential. Thanks to her and her space, I have found movement that I actually enjoy.   Tribal Strength is more than just a place to workout. It is a community.... a family... a tribe of individuals that care about you, nurture you and support you. They uplift you through your goals and rally around you through whatever challenges you may face. They come together to celebrate your successes. Carrie of course is at the center of all this, our fearless leader. She is hands down the most endearing and transparent person I have ever met. You will never question her motives or why she does what she does. It is so obvious she chose this path because she loves helping people, not just with their physical exterior, but she attacks body image issues and will work with you through any other insecurities you may have or encounter. If your looking for a place to not only work on your fitness, but to make friends, gain a family.... a place you can call home... then look no further. Tribal Strength is it ❤️❤️

  Wherever you find yourself in your fitness journey Carrie will meet you right where you are. She is incredibly gifted in coming up with a personalized plan that will stretch and challenge you in ways you didn’t realize you needed to grow. She has incredible insight and takes the time to understand her clients in a way that no ordinary trainer will. Working with Carrie was life changing for me. I saw incredible aesthetic results which pale in comparison to the mental and emotional improvements I gained in just twelve weeks working with her.
  
  I gained confidence to lift heavier and overcame fears of pushing myself towards more intense cardio in spite of my asthma. Carrie was able to motivate and challenge me, but did so with such gentleness and grace. I honestly did not expect an online coaching program to be this hands on and transformative.
  
  I can’t speak enough to the expertise and skill that Carrie can offer you. It is such a worthy investment to transform yourself physically, mentally and emotionally by joining her tribe. She was 100 percent vested in my success. I learned if I show up for myself in the same way, the goals I have are as good as mine. I can’t thank her enough!

  Once I finally decided to use Carrie’s expertise, I was more than pleased! She listened to my goals and needs, set a training plan that was doable yet challenging, and constantly pushed me just enough to continue making progress. She is very knowledgeable, and I recommend her to anyone looking for a trainer!
