CIA Performance

I Had an MGW shifter installed on my 2016 Mustang.
I had arranged an appointment on the phone about 2 weeks prior and when I arrived. Eric let me know that the location was supposed to be closed that day.

He ended up calling someone to come in and do the part.
I ended up being there for about 9 hours for what probably should’ve been a 2-3 hour install.
The tech had arrived around 45 minutes after the appt. time.

What made this much better was the comfortable waiting area with Netflix and beverages.

At the end of the day, I definitely would’ve brought a second vehicle and picked it up the next day.

The shifter work greats great, very little wiggle when in gear and you can feel the vibration of the transmission more, I haven’t observed any change in noise from the transmission. (Much tighter bushings than I expected).

They only charged me $480 for the install which I’m sure is much lower than their hourly rate so I’m very happy with the value and quality of the service, I would recommend.

Great deal getting my beadlocks mounted & balanced! Super friendly staff with a great sense of humor got me in and out quick. Also a clean waiting area made for a pleasant experience.

Choosing CIA Performance was definitely the way to go. The shop was well kept and the staff was very friendly. Eric quickly responded to my messages and took a look at my mod list. He quickly diagnosed the 2 problems even though other shops couldn't. They had my car ready to go by the next day. Couldn’t be happier!

Got my 09 g8 gt tuned here. They squeezed me in for a 10am appointment, and only took about 4hrs. Erica is such a sweetheart. They took there time and explained everything to me. Just a great place. Highly recommend Cia for a dyno!
