(October 13, 2021, 4:15 pm)Bob and Suzy are over and above. My debit card had expired, and I didn't think about my storage unit not having been paid until I saw an email from them letting me know. I probably would have lost my stuff somewhere else. They're always pleasant to deal with and I can't say enough good about them. (And no, I don't know them otherwise).
