  Got a new phone.customer service was great, had good information on phones since mine as really old. I have 4 stars because their service in my area is trash. I've been with metro for several years.

  Very friendly sales people.They took their time explaining the various plans they had and were more helpful then they had to be.Ill be going back to this one alot.

  OK most cell phone companys offer the same kind of service for the most part and within a very very close pricing system. Therefore to get the value of good business they deserve they most offer great service. Without a doubt Shane and Roxy offer the best!! I have a 5 phone account with them. I recently up graded all 5 of my phones, and they give me 5 free Nice cases for them. Who does that but, the best ever. Thanks Shane and Roxy

  I have been going to this store, everyone is very nice, no pressure sales. Once I had an issue with my mothers phone that is on my account. The lady there went above what she had to do. To keep my business!!!
