Cooper Properties was highly personable and reasonable to me and my roommates for two years. They were always considerate and professional, dealing with business in a fair and friendly manner. The maintenance crew was also responsive, knowledgeable, and handy. I strongly recommend this property group for students or first-time renters!

Cooper has been nothing less than amazing to rent from. The fact that they are family owned ensures you will get treated with respect and due diligence with your questions and concerns. Units are nice, and priced fairly with respect to other rental companies around campus. And something I can’t say about many of the other larger rental companies, is that maintenance is incredibly fast and truly want to make your living experience as good as possible. If given the choice, choose to rent with them.

We've had a wonderful experience with Cooper Properties over the last 2 years that our daughter has rented with them! We have felt comfortable knowing that they are doing their best to keep her and her roommate safe and the property maintained and this means the world to us! They are prompt to respond to any issues that have come up over the years and are respectful of the girls and their time when they have had to come in to their apartment. We would definitely recommend them when looking for a reliable and respectable company to rent with.
