Have been with State Farm since 1989, have always had top notch service; Gianna's agency took over when my agent retired and her office is amazing, always there when you need them. I have been honest with them and they have treated me fairly in the few instances where I've had claims. I can't imagine being insured by any other agency, especially after breaking away from Allstate in 1989 for less than responsive service. Currently dealing with an awful situation where an uninsured driver wrecked my brand new full-size truck; State Farm's estimate matched the dealer's within $100, State Farm is the benchmark for honest insurance, you need to see Gianna for your insurance needs, they have your back!

My SUV was in an accident after another driver ran a red light. State Farm took immediate action to get a tow truck to move my vehicle from the accident scene, scheduled a rental car for me and quickly set up a claim account for me to follow on line. My car was totaled, and they have worked with me very efficiently to settle the claim and get me all the information and my settlement check so I could purchase my new vehicle before the coverage expired on the rental car.
